Job Description
- Responsible for account management (sales & marketing)
- Handling clients.
- Undertaking interior design from concept to completion
- Using Auto CAD to generate detailed 2D drawings, including architectural plans, electrical plans, sanitary plans, reflected ceiling & interior elevations ....etc
- Preparing time schedules, mood boards
- Visiting sites and take accurate dimensions
- Can handle more than 2 projects in a time
- Following up with the clients
- Visiting site during construction phase to ensure proper design implementation & deal with any arising challenges
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture Engineering or Fine & Applied Arts
- 1-3 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft office is must.
- Professional with AutoCAD, Photoshop.
- Professional knowledge in 2D & 3D Max
- Creativity is must.
- Proven commitment to high quality execution with set time frame.
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Enthusiastic, hard-working & self-motivated
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to produce shop drawings
- Fluent in written & spoken English
