Develop, plan and direct the activities of production department in conjunction with the highest quality standards and acceptable costs.
Support HSE efforts of the facility
Incorporate HSE into the business decision-making process and provide human, technical support.
Develop and implement the monthly production plan of his department in accordance with the annual production plan.
Supervise the breakdown of the monthly & annual plan into a detailed schedule.
Monitor the implementation of the monthly production plan and follow up his department’s performance through a well-defined KPI’s like (plan achieving percentage, OTD and efficiency).
Correct any deviation in the plan and studies its causes.
Investigate major accidents and breakdowns ensuring they are solved, and prevent their recurrence.
Analysis of his department costs and production data and takes step to ensure production at proper costs and ensure the effective utilization of personnel, raw materials, supplies and equipment.
Improve and meet quality goals
Supervise The effectiveness of meeting the production plan and budget and keeping the factory maintained and in proper working conditions.
Develop a yearly cost reduction plan and the necessary procedures of achieving market requirements.
Ensure that his employees are doing quality work with a professional attitude.
Additional responsibilities may be added depending on organiztional requirements.
Reports to the Factory Manager.
