Job Description
Job Responsibilities:-
- Responsible to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Handle sales funnel process lifecycle till deal closure successfully.
- Suspecting new leads who are not aware of our services as defined by the targeted customer industries and persona.
- Prospecting potential leads who are interested in our services.
- Follow up on pending potential projects with potential clients.
- Analyzing customer requirements and their project's constraints in order to propose the best fit scenario.
- Ensuring quality and adherence to the requirements of received specs and documents.
- Initiating and conducting intro meeting, presentation, and demo or POC sessions as needed.
- Respond to customers' inquiries proactively via any communication channel.
- Managing preparation and submission of solutions' RFQs and RFPs appropriately.
- Provide customers with the required deliverables (Technical offer, financial offer, budget offer, educational presentation…etc.).
- Assurance for service implementation and successful delivery with the concerned tech team.
- Coordinating with tech partners and vendors on providing any tech service/solution or support as required.
- Building a robust relationship with current customers for cross and up-selling (Account Management).
- Keep developing his technical knowledge in order to allow him to convince customers successfully.
- Submit new potentials pipeline status reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Achieve efficient after-sale follow-up activities.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:-
- At least 3 years of solid experience in most of the following:
- AWS, Azure, GCP Cloud Services.
- IaaS, SaaS, BaaS, DRaaS Cloud Services.
- Public / Private / Hybrid Cloud Services.
- HA and BC architected turn-key solutions.
- Endpoint Security Solutions and Cybersecurity services.
- Connectivity solutions for Enterprises including MPLS VPNs.
- Professional Remote Technical Support services for Enterprise.
- Significant account management experience in the IT industry.
- Direct field experience in working with multinational enterprise accounts.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
