Job Description
- Identify, evaluate, develop and valuate ideas and inventions by ZC researchers and students
- Identify opportunities to resolve national industry challenges.
- Develop and support implementation of business, marketing and partnering plans.
- Develop and implement cost savings ideas through process optimization.
- Develop, assist and organize events/workshops for development of related stakeholders.
- Assist in all aspects of product commercialization – from branding, pricing to defining and building the right operating model/infrastructure.
- Assist in defining and execution strategy to localize, launch, establish and grow the technology pyramid business units, including marketing, communications and commercialization strategies.
- Advise and support to project teams on market studies, potential customer discovery, business planning, product development and other relevant considerations.
- Prepare teams and technologies for commercial markets; identifies and collaborates with other internal stakeholders to pursue opportunities for external funding and partnerships to support commercial opportunities.
- Assist in establishing partnerships with benefactors and sponsors. Any other duties as may be assigned by Senior Management.
Job Requirements
- BSc/MSc Degree in Management Business and Administration or Degree in Engineering
- Previous experience in the management of R&D related activities, Technology Transfer related activities
