Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Achieving marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing to marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
  • Preparing and completing action plans
  • Implementing customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits
  • Identifying trends
  • Meeting marketing and sales financial objectives by helping in forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Helping in establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
  • Helping in identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses
  • Sustaining rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities
  • Building and maintaining positive working relationships with spots staff and supporting administrative staff: Arranging appointments with different channels: doctors, beauty salons and spas including pre-arranged appointments or regular calling
  • Keeping detailed records of all contacts
  • Reaching (and if possible exceeding) monthly sales targets
  • Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables.
  • Following up with Sales promoters
  • Managing the social media related to his/her line
  • Regularly attending company meetings
  • Issuing pre-orders
  • Providing the management with: *Product tracking sheets *Sales reports
  • Following up with promoters
  • Executing and following up collection process for his/her line
  • Supporting sales team in events
  • Doing paper work according to company policy

Job Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in Marketing and Sales
  • Dynamic and multi-tasking.
  • High sense of commitment
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Presentable, reliable and team-worker
  • Experience in Skincare products will be an asset
  • Pharmaceutical background will be an asset
  • Experience in social media and graphic designs are preferred
  • Can work under pressure
  • Owns a car
  • Fluent English
  • Computer skills (MS Office & internet)
