Job Description
- Prepare cases for legal action of various kinds and secures evidence and documentation.
- Provide legal interpretation of laws and decrees affecting all PHD legal entities.
- Prepare and present legal documents and studies required by contracted lawyers, follow-up on lawsuits in courts.
- Review and draw contracts and agreements in the proper legal form and within the applied laws.
- Prepare and present legal documents and studies required by contracted lawyers, follow-up on lawsuits in courts.
- Follow up the incorporation, amendment, registration of the board meetings and ordinary and extra ordinary general meetings.
- Support all company departments by providing the supporting legal documents needed in the performance of their job as the commercial register and the amendment of cooperation, etc.
- Follow up with the law firms on the legal pleadings and drafting legal researches

Education
- University degree in Law
Work Experience
- 10-15 years experience with Relevant experience in similar position
