Job Description
- Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party
- Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
- Complete procedures when Guests arrive and leave
- Deal with complaints or problems
- Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
- Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations
- Answers multiple in-coming phone calls simultaneously and efficiently route calls
- Prepares and posts multiple announcements for maintenance orders requests
- Announcing clients as necessary.
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes
- Carry out viewings of the Mall.
