Job Description

  • Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party
  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
  • Complete procedures when Guests arrive and leave
  • Deal with complaints or problems
  • Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
  • Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations
  • Answers multiple in-coming phone calls simultaneously and efficiently route calls
  • Prepares and posts multiple announcements for maintenance orders requests
  • Announcing clients as necessary.
  • Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes
  • Carry out viewings of the Mall.

Job Requirements

Work Experience

  • 1-2 years

PC Knowledge

  • Word, excel

Technical skills

  • Good Communication, Friendly, Adaptable and handle pressure
