Job Description
- Create a sales operation process and plans.I
- Improve company management and strategies
- Achieve annual sales plan
- Open new Market and contribute in maximizing the company market share
- Ensure relation ship building with current customers and manage an efficient distribution and dealer.
- Asses new sales opportunities .
- Review sales report
- Follow up on subordinates target,monthly progress,performance appraisal.
- Coaching, motivating,team members.
- Monitor and maintain branch inventory,ordering stock.
Job Requirements
- More than 5 years Experience in the same position
- Back ground of selling dry food is preferred
- Excellent communication,interpersonal,organizational and problem solving skills
- Provide superior customer care, team spirit and training
- Quick with multi-task effectively
- System knowledge
- Representative and good commend in English.
