Job Description
- Conduct periodic financial internal compliance reviews, investigation to ensure that compliance procedures are followed & assess compliance, or operational risks and develop risk management strategies.
- Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation;
- Support in design/update with CFO written policies and procedures related to financial compliance activities & maintain documentation of compliance activities.
- Support CFO on the implementation or finance operation of compliance programs & new laws and provide assistance to internal cycle in compliance reviews through monitor & assess compliance systems to ensure their effectiveness.
- Verify that all finance policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated;
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in finance or related field
- Certified compliance professional is a plus (CMA, ESAA, CIA)
- Experience not less 8 years with proven experience as a compliance or controller manager.
- Excellent analytical & communication skills “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations
- In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
