About the Job
- Managing Our Customer data through Our CRM System
- Supervise the Sales, Call Centre , Customer Service and After Sales Calls with the Customers
- Prepare and Analysis Sales Reports
- Investigating and Target Comparison achieved and targeted Reports.
- Market Analysis due to the data we collected through our CRM
- Control the quality of the sales offering a module to improve it according to process with the other departments
- Evaluating the Sales Process and all of the sales cycle employees based on the reports generated from the supervision and the System.
Job Requirements
- Training skills or Experience is a must
- Bachelor’s degree from any accredited university or college in Egypt
- Professional MS Office is a must.
- Cairo Resident is must.
- Work Experience in the business development field for at least 2 years
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
