Creating and implementing sales strategies and identifying new markets to enter.
Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities.
Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers via email, phone, and in-person.

Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients with the help of marketing team.
Develop leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas using your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal.
Preparing agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.
Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists.
Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to management.
Providing effective administrative support.
Manage Monthly business Status reports to the section head.
Leads & monitor the junior staff and monitor their (performance – handling cases – inquiries ).
Create & Coach juniors on RFI/RFP processes.
Follow up on payments/invoices.
Prospect and generate new leads.
Maintain close relationship with existing clients.
Ensure satisfaction level for existing clients through follow-up.

Required Knowledge and skills:

Excellent written and verbal English and proofreading skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Detail oriented, proactive, intellectually curious, self-directed and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Willing to work weekends and evenings from time to time.

Educational/Professional Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, English or Communications.
3-5 years of experience (marketing or business development is a plus).
