Job Description
- Analyzing current and historical consumption's to determine future demand trends.
- Analyzing sales amounts to be able to forecast demands.
- Upload purchase orders based on Supplier policy.
- Follow up receiving new POs with warehouse team.
- Escalate receiving incidents (excess/shortage) to supplier immediately.
- Review branches consumption and provide needed buffer stocks weekly.
- Follow up materials transactions and reallocation's with warehouse, n courier and branches leaders.
- Review materials usage and stocks to avoid slow or dead items.
- Handle all vendor needed reports.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in procurement and planning activities
- Overall experience 5-8 years
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent English language
- Experience on an ERP system
- Bachelor of architecture/civil engineer
