Job Description
- Prepare the project contract documents (time, a project working design drawings, BOQ, etc... )
- Participate in implementing technical office policies and procedures.
- Managing subcontractors’/suppliers’ database.
- Reviewing and negotiating subcontractors’/suppliers’
- Working on new projects/tenders’ proposals and quotations.
- Reporting regularly on project progress to the project manager.
- Preparing and update projects' BOQs as well as calculate quantities.
- Develop and regularly update a "Construction Details Library" to serve all projects.
- Develop and regularly update a "Vendors List" of manufacturers and suppliers of finishing materials including (contacts, brochures, catalogs, details, samples, prices... etc.).
- Design and develop a project schedule.
- Assist to set up tasks and sub tasks to ensure satisfactory realization of project contract requirements as scheduled.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Demonstrated expertise in industry-standard BIM applications, such as Autodesk Revit and NavisWorks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills
- Follows through on tasks to completion and asks questions when necessary
- Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment
