Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Trainers to join our Training and Development Team in one of the following areas of expertise:

  • Soft Skills
  • Leadership & Management
  • Business Management
  • Finance
  • Supply Chain
  • Sales & Marketing

  • Ms. Office
  • Strategic Management.
  • Project Management

As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training and imparting your knowledge and expertise directly to Skills Bank Clients to support their employees' personal development and performance.

Main responsibilities:

  • Work with Skills Bank learning team to Translate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path and support their personal development;

  • Conduct effective training workshops on specific topics, deploy a wide variety of training methods.

  • Monitor and evaluate participant progress along with Skills Bank evaluator to provide accurate information in the Training Report.

  • Ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employee's work behavior.

  • Work with Skills Bank Material Designer to oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals.

  • Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee's training and development and implement them in training delivering.

Job Requirements

Main requirements:

  • University degree.

  • Professional qualification and experience in the same field .

  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.

  • Previous commercial training/mentoring experience with a passion for training.

  • Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.

  • Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.

  • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.

  • Proven ability to master the full training cycle.

  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation and coaching skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint in particular);

  • Proficiency in English (upper-intermediate level).
