Job Description
- Conduct sales processes via phone calls to the customers
- Introducing the organization's products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process
- Commit to departmental and individual goals with extra bonus.
- Meet company expectations for excellent customer service.
- Answer all customer questions Pro-accurately.
- Take relevant notes on all calls for future use and enter into database.
- Building strong customer relationships by focusing on customers’ wants and needs.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our services
- Answer questions about services of the company

- Take and process orders in an accurate manner

Job Requirements
- Good English level
- Experience in the area of sales in B2B is a must
- Ability to stay professional and focused in stressful situations
- Strong customer-orientation and communication skills
