Job Description
- Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
- Generates reports for upper management
- Maintains database of customers for follow up.
- Ensures a seamless process flow from the customer’s initial order to the delivery of services.
- Helps develop new services and promotions based on customer preferences
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in CRM
Technical Skills:
- Ability to develop Workflow, plug-in , and can do entity modifications
- Experience with dynamics CRM
- Experience with C# , C++
- Experience with .Net
- Web – based application development experience
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with JavaScript
Experience in Soft Skills:
- Ms windows
- Ms office
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team
- Self-learning
- Has a good communications skills in English (listening, speaking and writing )
