Job Description
- Implementing service contracts with customers
- Carry out the commissioning of the compressors
- Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations
- Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance
- Maintain all sold compressors to ensure it’s at working standards
- Create and implement maintenance procedures
- Plan and manage all repair and installation activities
- Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs
- Selling spare parts to customers
- Achieve the annual target of service & maintenance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC R.( advantage )
- Previous managerial experience is a bonus.
- Good understanding of the technical features of industrial refrigeration system
- Strong knowledge facilities machines and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
