Job Description
- Make, review, and check all customers' invoices, related to Export sales and manage all subsequent steps to be ensured that all the documents have arrived to the customer on time as per the payment term mentioned in the related PI received from the concerned sales manager.
- Working and liaising with the Ministry of Commerce, Finance, Customs, etc to deal with issues in exports and other representations
- Follow up on overdue export bills and deal with customers to resolve problems relating to discrepancies spotted on export bills, especially the discrepancies that could be occurred in case the payment term of the transaction is a documentary credit.
- Check and verify information prepared by Trade Finance law, also assign the proper method for the payment in accordance with updated law in this regard.
- Communicate with our banks and customers' banks to resolve any problems or queries concerning our foreign customers and the status of the shipping documents presented under export sales as well.
- Present, manage, and follow the files presented to the subsidy's premises.
- Review export customers’ document instructions and discuss amendments in case any points are not doable.
- Prepare internal documents necessary to trigger the shipment of all export transactions.
- Handle all types of export documentary collection transactions.
- Prepare export documents in conformity with L/Cs or client instructions.
- Record and report activities related to export transactions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Faculty of Commerce, Accounting
- Very good English language skills
- Very good communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP system.
