Job Description
- Execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification.
- Develop and deliver social media optimization.
- Follow social media trends and best practices.
- Review and approve content on a daily basis.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Respond to all customers inquiries in Company`s pages on social media websites.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Provide periodically report about the reputation of our company`s pages on social media websites.
- Communicate with Graphic Designer to decide which data needs to be designed and about its shape.
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor degree.
- 1-3 years of related experience.
- Social media expertise.
- Experience creating content development.
- Excellent in English writing and reading.
