Software Product Manager

The Product Manager’s mission is to work with stakeholders to create and evolve digital products. Working closely with business, end users and functional groups (e.g. Design, Development, Infrastructure) they will identify opportunities to improve efficiency, drive innovation, and solve business problems to support growth. They will work with their cross-functional Product team to Implement solutions that bring value.

Your role:

• Gather requirements for, build, and curate the product use cases and Software Requirements Specifications documents
• Undertake market research and market opportunity analyses including the assessment of competitor’s solutions
• Prioritize features with stakeholders based on business need
• Balance new features, improvements, and bug fixes to ensure a high velocity and a stable product
• You are responsible for cross-department alignment, including product status updates, preparing roadmaps, documentation and participating in regular product and engineering meetings
• Align our product roadmap with current and future customer requirements
• You will also get involved in the programming and testing of the product
• Work collaboratively with multiple external and internal teams, stakeholders, and cutting-edge technologies
• Work with vendor to organize and facilitate planning and coordination including release /
• Potentially Shippable Increments planning, iteration planning, daily stand-ups, iteration review/demos, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to documentation, blog posts, demos, and marketing materials for product features
