Job Description
- Responsible for the services provided by the facilities department in the company, like managing security team, and maintenance.
- Responsible for all facilities reports.
- Overseeing and agreeing on contracts and providers for services including security and cleaning.
- Check that all materials used, including those used by subcontractors, are compliant with technical and quality specifications.
- Organize and audit the security Team.
- Follow up the transportation plan and update any transportation plan.
- Develop standards for members of his department and standards for rating the work.
- Responsible for all facilities reports.
- Managing the team of the facilities department.
Job Requirements
- Previous Experience experience as a facility admin.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent knowledge of security and safety protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Requires necessary PC skills, including the use of MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
