Job Description

  • Responsible for the services provided by the facilities department in the company, like managing security team, and maintenance.
  • Responsible for all facilities reports.
  • Overseeing and agreeing on contracts and providers for services including security and cleaning.
  • Check that all materials used, including those used by subcontractors, are compliant with technical and quality specifications.
  • Organize and audit the security Team.
  • Follow up the transportation plan and update any transportation plan.
  • Develop standards for members of his department and standards for rating the work.
  • Responsible for all facilities reports.
  • Managing the team of the facilities department.

Job Requirements

  • Previous Experience experience as a facility admin.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Excellent knowledge of security and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Requires necessary PC skills, including the use of MS Office applications.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
