Job Description

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry analysis, and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to promote the company's brand and offerings.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and business development activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on business growth strategies and market positioning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and business success.
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Job Requirements

  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Native Like English Speaker
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Insurance experience is preferable
