Job Description
- Analyzes daily production rates and monitors any drop in productivity, with assessment and solving.
- Submitting the daily production reports.
- Reviewing production orders and schedules to ensure the commitment of scheduled delivery dates.
- Planning and organizing the production plan.
- Achieve production targets and schedules while insuring product standards that exceed customer expectations.
- Plan and establish the sequence of operations to manufacture and assemble parts or product
- Receiving the production plan from planning and implementing the plan on the shop floor
- Coordinating with planning in case of problems arising to change the production plan based on priorities.
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the daily production in the factory as well as ensuring that the productivity is achieved and the production plan is implemented with good quality standards
- Maintaining a clean shop floor with a good health & safety environment.
- Follow up with the production team.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in the production of steel structures and tanks
- Compliance with ISO standards
