Job Description
- Developing and maintaining all reports and Talent Acquisition KPI metrics reporting, including trend analysis.
- Act as RCC focal point in front of online recruitment agencies
- Perform analysis and reports required in regards to cost efficiency and performance trend lines for the online agencies
- Responsible for reporting accurate lab figures
- Responsible for other reports and dashboards needed and quality of hiring, on- time & budget consumption.
Job Requirements
- Very good command of both Arabic & English.
- Bachelor Degree.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office software especially Excel & PowerPoint.
- Very good analytical skills.
- Good Knowledge of all Recruitment activities.
