Job Description

Description

  • Serve and consolidate technical issues relating to software Technical functions, installations and upgrades.
  • Resolve customer complaints or problems and create product problem reports and troubleshooting documents for each issue.
  • Identify, analyze and resolve any technical problems that might arise during the business cycles of software.
  • Design & Modify Client's Side Required Reports

Job Requirements

Technical Requirements

  • Good Knowledge of Database Engine tools (Oracle, SQL Server).
  • Good Knowledge of Oracle Forms & Report builder
  • Good Knowledge of Crystal Report
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Experience in PL/SQL

General Requirements

  • Welling to learn.
  • Ability to work individually or with a team.
  • Customer representable (shape and attitudes).
  • Customer Service Experiences (Preferable).
  • Hard Working.
