Job Description
- To ensure a detailed product demand forecast at sku level
- Align and work with Commercial and supply chain to ensure the Demand and commercial operating plans are aligned on an ongoing basis
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.
- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
- Review & demand monthly forecast.
- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a demand planning/forecasting role. prefer in FMCG
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Excel skills that allow him to develop and enhance the way of work
- Excellent reporting skills that explain the results of the department
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
