Job Description
- Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent property.
- Counsel clients on market conditions and prices
- Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
- Show properties to potential buyers
- Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
- Promote properties with ads and listings
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase and lease agreements if needed.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market edge.
- Follow up with all new clients and offer them what are they looking for
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is a must
- Very Good in English
- Real Estate property counseling experience is a must
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to go for outdoor missions periodically
- Excellent Result orientation
- Good research ability
- Work Etiquette Awareness
- Very Good Real Estate market Awareness
