Job Description

Job Summary:

  • An ideal data analyst will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating other departments' performance and generating reports in accordance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Extract and analyze data and information from different resources.
  • Generate precise and thorough daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Closely monitor workflow and processes.
  • Objectively evaluate departmental performance based on criteria.

Job Conditions:

  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Shift: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Commerce
  • Excellent English skills
  • Proven track record of using Excel
  • Experience working in call centers as a quality, workforce, data analysis, or statistics
