Job Description
- Egyptian Packaging and Plastic Systems Corp. is hiring a recruitment guru to handle our talent acquisition to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our company’s current and future needs. He/She will have the opportunity to design candidate profiles for multiple different job descriptions in a challenging industry. The ideal candidate is a team leader who is able to make effective decisions quickly. A resourceful, efficient and organized recruiter who takes ownership and can deliver results.
Responsibilities:
- Creating recruitment plan and coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Define job description and Create a candidate persona for each open position
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)
- Review received applications against the job requirements and conduct initial screening and assessment interviews to applicants, when required, and filter out unmatched applications.
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and candidate shortlisting documents)
- Present monthly and quarterly hiring analysis and reports.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business or any related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience with excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
- Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.).
- Familiarity with social media and professional networks (like LinkedIn).
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload with good tracking and reporting skills.
- A positive, “can do” attitude.
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
