Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, software upgrading and repair on designated equipment.
Completing Preventative Maintenance on time & properly based on the check list belongs to each equipment model.
Ordering spare parts and managing shorter downtime of repair & minimum repeated calls.
Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs, technical reports submission, and internal service records in a timely manner.
Maintaining daily communications with customers directly Or via CS team to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and solution sales.

Bachelor’s degree, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
+4 years in digital printing maintenance field preferably in Inkjet Printing Maintenance field.
Networking & Software Experience is a must.
Troubleshooting & technical diagnosis for printing equipment & solutions for both hardware & software problems is a must.
Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process.
Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Valid driving license.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy way to understand manner.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
