Job Description
- Welcoming store customers in a warm way and interacting in a friendly way.
- Providing customers with information regarding store products and answering their questions.
- Handling customer complaints, warranty issues, after sales service etc…
- Cooperating with staff in the stocktaking according to Store Manager instructions.
- Demonstrating outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise and organizing the selling floor and stock area.
- Dealing with customer refunds/ exchanges courteously and professionally.
- Developing product knowledge by reading products tag to know about materials and instructions.
- Maintaining eye-catching effective displays within the store.
- Ensuring that customers are aware of all promotions and special offers.
- Providing customers with an enjoyable shopping experience.
- Ensuring housekeeping standards inside and outside the store as per company’s standards.
- Printing and replacing price tags, feature cards etc... for all displayed products.
- Following the company policies and procedures regarding uniform, appearance, moral, etc…
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Excellent communication, presentation, customer service and team work skills.
- Comfort with physical work and working under pressure.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and overnight shifts.
- Due to our products, the Candidate must be female
- Pride in achieving individual targets.
- Familiarity with computer use.
- Good commands in English.
