Job Description
ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:
- Meet company, branch, individual and team performance targets measured through Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) in Key Result areas including yearly financial budgets
- Ensure that all applicable insurance, licensees, permits, registrations, certificates, etc pertaining to the law affecting the Malls & other contract and/or operations department and staff are in place, current, relevant and renewed in advance on a timely basis
- Ensure that the guarding services are provided in accordance with the agreed terms of the written Client contract at all times. Also, ensure the written Client service agreement is in place before any guarding services commence
- Respond immediately to and then follow up and successfully resolve all customer complaints
- Establish and follow a weekly, monthly and annual client visitation/meeting plan including a personal one
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports and documents as required, including monthly management reports
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate, secure, confidential records/inventories of assets/equipment and information used in all operations including branch items, site inventories, client inventories, and company-issued items to sites
- Ensure that training needs are identified and adequate training imparted at all sites. Training records must be maintained
- Develop training and carry out a program of "Training the trainers" Lay down yearly OJT program
- Maintain the client visit plan in each level of operations as per the scheduled yearly/monthly/weekly visit plan
- Ensure that security audits are carried out on all key clients on a regular agreed program and surveys of new client sites are done in advance to ensure the client is provided with a professional service solution to their particular requirements
Job Requirements
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Recognised University degree
- Must have 3 years experience in Management in a similar organization
- Experience may be through police or military service at an Officer rank
- Knowledge of security systems and procedures
- Knowledge of the retail industry
- Has a driving license
- MS Office Computer skills – specifically PowerPoint at an advanced level
- Acting professionally
- Communication (written and verbal)
