Crowd Analyzer -a technical startup- is the leading Arabic social media listening tool in the MENA region and worldwide. We work with clients from different sectors and industries to enhance their social media marketing strategies and business objectives. We support Arabic sentiment analysis with different dialects using Proprietary Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing.
At Crowd Analyzer Engineering Department, we pay very high attention to Engineering quality. We don't accept code to be merged and deployed at production unless it is shipped with test cases, adhere to our style guide, apply proper OOP principles and design patterns, make use of algorithms and data structures if necessary and scores high in maintainability, readability and scalability.
Duties & Responsibilities
- You'll be designing automated tests to validate applications by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically.
- Execute both manual and automated testing.
- Apply, design and develop automated testing strategies and build automated testing frameworks.
- Involve in product design to guarantee adherence of test coverage for meeting end user requirements.
- Automate tests for APIs and UI on web.
- Report bugs and point out the problems to help fixing them.
- Identify quality issues that would affect the apps.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in web-based technologies and testing.
- A background in software/web development.
- Computer Science graduate, or equivalent.
- Have a Proven experience in Automation Testing.
- Eager to learn new testing technologies and tools, and have attention to details.
- Hands-on experience with Javascript, and Cypress.
- Familiarity with big data tools and non relational databases would be a plus.
- Experience in agile environment and SaaS technology.
