Job Description
- Conduct compliance risk assessment training workshops.
- Conduct internal reviews and audits.
- Advise internal management and business partners on the implementation of Loss prevention programs.
- Develop risk management strategies.
- Follow up on compliance issues that require investigation.
- Implement preventive measurements to avoid and minimize stick variances & discrepancies.
- Work closely with the Security Team and review CCTV reports to detect and investigate misbehavior.
- Monitor and keep track of return orders and liquidation.
- Conduct Retail store visits and spot checks to ensure adhering to the company's compliance policies.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years in a similar role
- Must have Retail Background (preferably Pharmacy)
- Must have Bachelor Degree
