Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Digital Brand Seller Role for IBM Systems HW products in MEA: being responsible for a list of accounts in the defined region within MEA to sell IBM Systems HW Portfolio.
  • This role requires to be able to understand customer business environment and how their infrastructure support it to define what is needed as solution/infrastructure to position IBM Systems HW product portfolio. It requires extensive products knowledge (IBM Power server/ Storage) and market information to guide the customer,positioning/building solution for certain need and also competitve products knowledge to tell customer IBM unique value proposition.
  • This role requires coverage of territory and DBSS needs to be able to make account/territory plan and execute to reach customers F2F, Telephone,Digital tools with aligning other member of IBM and BPs as well to identify and close the opportunities.
  • Delivering and exceeding quarterly targets for IBM System HW for defined territory in terms of revenue, pipeline and new client wins.
  • Accurately forecasting sales monthly,quarterly and making sure enough pipeline is being created
  • To be able to cover clients in defined territories in MEA to position and sell Systems Brand solutions and products
  • To be able to use "Digital Sales Capabilities" when driving hardware solutons in co-sell model with Business Partners
  • Expanding coverage of IBM Systems in defined territories in both mass coverage and higher value solutions around focus areas
  • to demonstrate IBM Systems HW product knowledge to clients verbally,F2F and/or through live webex
  • Making Close alignment with respective EBUs local IBM teams,BPs
  • Managing ongoing relationship with the accounts in defined territory for IBM System HW to ensure success of IBM technologies in those customers

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-10 years experience in sales/technical for systems (all servers, storage,network etc) in IT industry (as a seller/technical or channel rep)
  • Graduating from leading University in EG with Engieneering or Business Management
  • Working in relevant competitive company is plus
  • *For Tunusia Hub French speaking candidates are necessary
