Job Description
- Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensures maximum productivity.
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day operations.
- coordinate employees, supervise and lead Medium level managers.
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
- Ensure all operation are carried on in an appropriate, cost effective way.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the team to facilitate business operations and Manage schedules and deadlines.
- Gather, analyze and interpret internal production KPI's data and write reports.
- Implement efficient processes and Standards.
- Perform Quality controls and monitor production KPI's
- Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention.
- Perform other duties and functions as directed by management in line with objectives of the dealership.
Job Requirements
- Time management skills
- Excellent Technical skills in automotive.
- Commercial background is preferred.
- Customer service oriented.
- 3-5 Years of automotive experience in German/niche brands.
- Mercedes-Benz Experience is preferred.
- Age: not more than 45 years old.
