What is the Retail Banking Management Training Program?

The Retail Banking Training full time paid program is a unique and specialized training and development program to help you pursue a rewarding career in the banking industry. The training will provide you with a great understanding of the overall retail banking process, which will help you gain a solid ground in the retail department.

After the completion of the program, AUBE offers the shortlisted candidates the opportunity to be hired as a full-time Sales Officer (outsourced for the first 12 months).

What you'll be doing:

• You will attend a two week training program which consists of a combination of mentorship, job shadowing and on the job training.
• You will learn about the full portfolio of products and their dynamics.
• You will acquire the full knowledge of all compliance laws and regulations.
• You will enhance your selling and communication capability.
• You will be responsible for attracting new customers through selling bank’s Assets and Liability products by creating new sales channels and generating new leads.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree
• From 0-2 years of sales/customer service experience
