Real Estate Appraiser (Valuer)

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate properties to establish market values and property ratings using SAAV standards
• Examine all variables that impact property's present or future value (comparable home sales, previous sales records, future developments etc.)
• Assign the perfect pricing strategy on each property according to specific measures and standards
• Prepare reports that fully explain assessment results and outline methods used
• Document procedure and backup data
• Keep up-to-date with all current regulations, standards and best practices
• Assess the activity in the current market, and analyze comparable sales data, depending on the specifics of each property.
• Measure and record land dimensions, and obtain information regarding factors that may affect property prices.
• Advise clients on effective strategies to follow, for buying properties, assisting them with sales till the end.
• Instruct clients on the cost-effective methods of disposing of I selling property that may be in derelict condition, or is in need of extensive work.
