About the Job

Details of Function:

Training Role

  • Ensuring the successful delivery of classes
  • Developing the monthly class schedule for all classes offered at the center based on teacher availability and level requirements
  • Assisting the teachers with the development and implementation of an effective student evaluation system (including diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments)
  • Supporting programme leader by providing appropriate orientation for new teachers
  • Maintaining records of all students and their status
  • Registering candidates on Cambridge appropriate portal

Administrative Role

  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Facilitating weekly team meetings
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports
  • filing
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Managing databases
  • Prioritizing workloads
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  • Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
  • Logging or processing bills or expenses
  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients

Sales Role

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Handle tasks correctly and quickly for other team members
  • Uses all available tools and technologies
  • Secure all companies’ data and resources
  • Cooperates with other teams
  • Cooperates with Cambridge Programme Leader
