Responsibilities:
- Work with the senior management team to set revenue and sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
- Increase customer satisfaction ratings and create innovative programs for up selling.
- Work with senior management to devise and implement innovative go-to-market strategies.
- Become a mentor to the sales and customer services team and nurture relationships with each associate in order to help them achieve their goals.
- Helping to build good customer relations.
- Recruiting staff and doing appraisals.

- Arranging promotional events.
- Managing people:
- Set targets, performance plans, and objective standards for sales and customer services representatives.
- Meet with reps one-on-one weekly to review performance, progress, and targets. [Weekly]
- Deliver deep performance reviews for each individual rep once or twice per year. [Monthly, Semiannually and annually]
- Coach individual sales and customer services representatives one-on-one through phone work and prospecting help sessions to help them improve sales performance. [Weekly]
- Participate in spontaneous sales and customer services call [Semimonthly or monthly]
- Counsel, support, discipline, and report under performing sales and customer services representatives to top management.
- Develop a scalable sales and customer services process and ensure representatives adhere to it correctly.
- Ensure that reps use sales technologies, such as a CRM, correctly.
- Plan and implement training programs. Hold regular skills training sessions with internal or external sales trainers. [Semiannually]
- Plan and preside over weekly sales and customer services team meetings. [Weekly]
- Hold team events onsite or offsite. [Monthly]
- Recruit, select, on-board, and train new sales and customer services reps.
- Motivate and engage the sales and customer service teams with motivational tactics, such as sales contests, prizes, and public recognition.
- Unite the team: Ensure reps work as a positive unit and share their best practices.
- Set a good example for the team. Work according to company culture and values, prioritize ruthlessly, use good communication, and deliver results effectively.
- Managing customer needs:
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and customer services.
- Provide expertise when setting and adjusting pricing plans and discount rates.
- Provide advanced negotiation expertise.
- Connect the gym with customers and sales people in the field.
- Managing the business:
- Determine and assign sales and customer services quotas, targets, and/or goals. Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue.
- Develop sales and customer services strategies to acquire new customers or clients.
- Track sales and customer service teams’ metrics and share them with company leadership.
- Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.
- Collaborate with marketing executives to develop lead generation plans.
- Prepare budgets and approve expenditures.
- Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.
Job Details:
- 8 hrs shift from 4 PM till 12 AM.
- 4500 LE starting salary.
- 1 day off depending on the business needs.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the same or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales and customer service teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Maximum 35 years old.
Skills:
