Job Description

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems Clean up computers.
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
  • Training other staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.

Job Requirements

  • Education: BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Experience: 2-3 Year experience Good understanding of computer.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
  • Ability to priorities and delegate.
