Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems Clean up computers.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Training other staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
Job Requirements
- Education: BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
- Experience: 2-3 Year experience Good understanding of computer.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Ability to priorities and delegate.
