Job Description
- Research disputes and build dispute cases to recover funds for merchants using proprietary software.
- Validate appropriate data from internal and third-party systems and ensure that the service was provided or not.
- Ensure accurate and appropriate responses to disputes within the agreed response time.
- Monitor disputed transactions for possible fraudulent activity.
- Support the Backoffice team by providing all the needed information regarding the e-commerce disputes
- Build the draft response dispute litter.
Job Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree or above preferred Software Engineering or Computer Science.

More than 10 years’ experience for the Supervisor in the banking and transactions processing fields or government mission critical projects.
- Diploma/Certificate in first line management or relevant field is preferred
- Experience in disputes or in the payments industry.

Excellent communication / customer support skills, both written and oral.
- Strong Analysis skills, in order to analyze information, think through difficult problems, and make critical decisions based on limited information.

Ability to work effectively with a diverse population.

Strong SQL, and systems logs investigation skills required

Detail-oriented and results-driven.
