Job Description
- Design and develop learning and practicing experiences.
- The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.
- Apply instructional design theories and practice.
- Develop innovative ideas for e-Learning resources.
- Work effectively with colleagues to create compelling and engaging deliverable's.
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline (educational technology or similar, highly preferred).
- E-Learning Diploma from accredited center, highly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
- (1-5) years of working experience in instructional design.
