Job Description
- Manage internal mail service for employees in terms of sending and receiving.
- Acquire new services or mobile operators offers based on employees needs and handle their requests.
- Monitor and resolve courier operation and problems with courier service. Coordinate with department mails on tracking system and handle courier invoices payments.
- Follow up with different suppliers invoices monthly in terms of collection and payment.
- Consolidate attendance/delay and monitor implementation of general company policies.
