Job Description
Duties:
- Record all stock transactions on (SAP) system for all units
- Record all stock transactions during closing period on Excel file manually in coordination with warehousing team.
- Preparing some reports to support planning and purchasing team
- Early highlighting risky items that will be shortage and over stock that will be expired
- Supporting planning and purchasing team in case we need stock of specific items.
- Monitoring distributions from Warehousing to MEGA Lab to be within agreed criteria.

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
- Accuracy and good attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to think analytically
