Job Description
- Manage maintenance team and stuff
- Manage the daily workflow activities related to scheduling, delivery, installation, service and repair activities of the Installation Services Team.
- Follow up with regular and emergency maintenance issues.
- Uphold service levels regarding quality, accuracy, customer satisfaction and related performance metrics.
- Ensure that delivery ticket confirmations are completed daily.
- Working with other sections of the company in order to execute installation undertakings and workings.
- Monitoring the client mattersand settling the same in order to ensure perfectly contented client services.
- Train, evaluate the installation team as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Engineering or equivalent.
- Detail oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Males only.
- 30 years old Max. age.
- Cairo resident.
- Ability to travel.
- Good English language (Writing, Reading, and Speaking).
- 2-4 years of experience in Interior Design, Installation and finishing.
