Job Description
- Sales related role
- Will be responsible for building and managing the commercial department (marketing and sales).
- Starting from designing sales team structure,
- Hiring the right caliber and suggesting a commission scheme and sales targets
- Boosting existing sales channels and building new ones
- Training sales team, monitoring and enhancing their performance
- Troubleshooting, and reporting to directly to co-CEO
