Job Description

  • Achieve his targets requirements for sales of Parts and Service to his allocated customers.
  • Handle major accounts and seal successfully and independently
  • Ensure full knowledge of customers’ requirements, projects and overall business standings.
  • Continually generate new prospects to improve the company’s share of market.
  • Possess a deep level of product knowledge in the parts and service field and the capacity of effectively
  • Conveying and using his knowledge to its full advantage.
  • Prepare and present selected training material and participate in various shows, seminars etc.
  • Carry out any other assignments as allocated by the company from time to time.
  • Providing Parts Manager with customer's needs and cooperate in preparing the customer required offer.
  • Provide timely information and feedback to customers.
  • Providing PSSR Manager with all required reports

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Engineering Degree in Mechanical/ Electronics
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience

Safety

  • Know and follow all Company and customer safety rules, including maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work area, fully participating in Company accident prevention and safety improvement activities.
  • Must have the physical ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including protective glasses, protective gloves, and protective clothing and footwear as required by the job.

Customer Satisfaction

  • Respond to all customer requests in a professional and courteous, timely and responsive manner. Maintain a clean, professional personal appearance at all time, meeting all Company standards for professionalism.
  • Keep the Manager continually apprised to assist in answering customer questions and problems when necessary.
