Job Description
- Achieve his targets requirements for sales of Parts and Service to his allocated customers.
- Handle major accounts and seal successfully and independently
- Ensure full knowledge of customers’ requirements, projects and overall business standings.
- Continually generate new prospects to improve the company’s share of market.
- Possess a deep level of product knowledge in the parts and service field and the capacity of effectively
- Conveying and using his knowledge to its full advantage.
- Prepare and present selected training material and participate in various shows, seminars etc.
- Carry out any other assignments as allocated by the company from time to time.
- Providing Parts Manager with customer's needs and cooperate in preparing the customer required offer.
- Provide timely information and feedback to customers.
- Providing PSSR Manager with all required reports
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Engineering Degree in Mechanical/ Electronics
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
Safety
- Know and follow all Company and customer safety rules, including maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work area, fully participating in Company accident prevention and safety improvement activities.
- Must have the physical ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including protective glasses, protective gloves, and protective clothing and footwear as required by the job.

- Respond to all customer requests in a professional and courteous, timely and responsive manner. Maintain a clean, professional personal appearance at all time, meeting all Company standards for professionalism.
