Job brief

  • We are looking for a Marketing Manager who understands the industry, the market and the competitors. He will determine the demand for products and services offered by the Company and its competitors and identify potential customers. He will develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the Company’s profits or share of the market while ensuring the firm's customers are satisfied. He will oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.
  • The Marketing Manager responsibilities include developing a well integrated and targeted marketing plan that reflects positively in pre agreed KPIs. For this role, the candidate should have good knowledge of market research, along with solid analytical skills to make sure he/she are identifying the most effective sales and marketing plans.

Responsibilities

  • Defines overall brand challenges and opportunities
  • Identify competitors and stay up to date with competitor analysis
  • Recommends pricing strategy for existing and new products
  • Measures customer satisfaction and balances it with company objectives
  • Facilitates development of a communication strategy and monitor execution
  • Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services,
  • Assist in evaluation of new locations from a marketing and competitor perspective
  • Develop, monitor and reviews marketing and sales plans
  • Allocates and Monitors total marketing budget among categories and programs
  • Monitor progress of product development with category and R&D Team
  • Monitor progress of product development with category and agency Team

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s /College Degree in relevant studies
  • With at least 6 years of relevant experience in Food or FMCG Industry
  • Good leadership skills and ability to work well and influence others
  • Presentable and can present ideas clearly
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Loves food and eating
  • Analytical skills

  • Works 6 days a week
  • Headquarters in Mohandessin
